Refund policy
Because each item in our shop is handmade with care, slight variations in color, shape, or design are normal and part of the unique character of handcrafted work. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for minor variations or buyer’s remorse.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We may request photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- The return must be approved before shipping the item back
Custom or personalized handmade items are non‑refundable, unless the mistake was on our end.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
